Our Staff Team

We have an amazing staff team at Bluebell, they are highly skilled and experienced at what they do, they genuinely love the children they care for and bring incredible warmth and dedication to their teaching every day.

All our staff have in-depth inductions when they start at Bluebell, they all hold enhanced DBS checks, and are registered on the DBS update service.  Every member of staff holds a paediatric first aid certificate which enabled us to receive Millie’s Mark accreditation in recognition of our commitment to the importance of first aid.

We have also recently completed defibrillator training with The Oliver King Foundation and have our very own defibrillator on site.

We carry out regular supervision meetings, and annual appraisals with our team, and have monthly staff meetings, and inset days throughout the year.
